What we collect
When you submit a project enquiry through this website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the project details you provide (such as project name, location, tender closing date, and your message). This website also uses privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors use the site — see “Cookies and analytics” below.
How we use it
Project enquiry submissions are used to review your requirements and respond with pricing, scope review, or a proposed programme. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Project enquiries and project records are only visible to QR Pack It staff who review and manage them internally. No project record is published to, or accessible from, a public web page.
Service providers
We use Resend to deliver email notifications and Supabase to store submitted enquiries and project records. Both providers process this data only on our behalf, to provide the service.
How long we keep it
We keep project enquiry and project record data for as long as reasonably needed for the project and our business records. If you'd like your data deleted, contact us and we'll action the request directly.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites — it only measures aggregate, anonymised page visits and a small number of on-site actions (such as submitting the project enquiry form) so we can understand how the site is used. Signed-in staff use a session cookie to stay logged in to the internal project-management area; this is not used for tracking and is not set for ordinary visitors browsing the public website.
